Terms of Service for Mileage Calculator
Welcome to Mileage Calculator, developed by FJLogics.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mileage Calculator mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Mileage Calculator is intended for personal and lawful use only.
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App without permission.
- Interfere with the App's operation or security.
- Misuse any premium features or subscription services.
2. Mileage Calculations
The App provides mileage, fuel cost, fuel consumption, trip distance, and related calculations.
All calculations are estimates based on information entered by the user. Results may differ due to vehicle condition, driving style, road conditions, fuel quality, traffic, or incorrect input.
FJLogics is not responsible for decisions made based on these calculations.
3. Premium Features
Mileage Calculator provides premium features through Google Play Billing.
Existing Lifetime Purchases
In previous versions of the App, a one-time lifetime premium purchase was available.
If you previously purchased the lifetime premium through Google Play, your purchase remains valid and you will continue to receive the lifetime premium features associated with that purchase.
No additional payment is required for eligible lifetime purchasers.
New Purchases
The lifetime purchase is no longer available for new users.
New premium access is available only through subscription plans offered within the App.
4. Subscriptions
The App currently offers the following subscription plans:
- Weekly Premium Subscription
- Monthly Premium Subscription
Subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- Payment will be charged to your Google Play account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
- If you cancel your subscription, premium features remain available until the current billing period expires.
- Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policies.
The developer does not receive or store your payment information.
5. Advertisements
The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Users with an active premium subscription or a valid legacy lifetime premium purchase may receive an ad-free experience where applicable.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services including:
- Google Play Services
- Google Play Billing
- Google AdMob
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and other content within the App are the property of FJLogics unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
FJLogics does not guarantee:
- Continuous availability of the App.
- Error-free operation.
- Uninterrupted service.
- Accuracy of calculations.
- Compatibility with every Android device.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FJLogics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the App.
- Incorrect calculation results.
- Subscription interruptions caused by Google Play services.
- Data loss.
- Device malfunction.
- Third-party service failures.
10. Updates
FJLogics may modify, improve, add, or remove features from the App at any time.
Premium features and subscription offerings may also change in future versions.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or where required by law.
12. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.
The latest version will always be available within the App or on the developer's published Terms page.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
